*Students have to apply from two application portals:

*If you do not apply from one of the portals above, your application will be invalid. Applications are online and there is no need to bring any documents to the Erasmus Office.

*You have to be an Ankara University student in order to apply.

*If your Faculty or Instutiton has any language requirement, you have to meet that criteria.

 

Applications: From 12.01.2023 to 28.02.2023 (until 17.00)

Required Documents:

For app.erasmus.ankara.edu.tr:

-You have to upload signed application form to the same system. (If you do not sign the form or not upload, your application will be invalid.)

-You have to upload your Language Score. If you do not join the Erasmus Language Test, you have to upload a document showing your Language score/level (from TOMER or YDS or Prep class score or TOEFL)

-For Bachelor and Associate Degree students GPA must be minimum 2.20/4 or 72/100

-For Post-graduate and Doctoral students GPA must be minimum 2.5/4 or 75/100

 

For erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr:

-You have to upload your Application form, Transcript and Language score to the system.

 Criteria: %50 Language score and %50 GPA

  • If you have disability proved with a document, you may have +10 points.
  • If you join Erasmus mobility before, you may have -10 p.
  • If you have a right to join the mobility before but you do not use, you may have -10 p.
  • If you apply for Erasmus Language Test but you do not take the exam, you may have -5 p.
  • If you apply for two different mobilities, you may have -10 p.
  • If you do not join the Orientation Meeting, you may have -5 p.
  • If you are a scholarship student from YTB, you cannot But, if you are a post-graduate scholarship student from YTB, you have to get permission document and join the mobility only for thesis term.
